Boston was hot when I was in High school, one of the first concerts I went to.
Did you have to stand in line? If you did, I am sure you didn't mind...
I had no idea they would hit it big...I mean they were just another band out of Boston.

I loved Boston...and still do, but to a certain extent Eagle 98.1 in Baton Rouge killed them for me (that is the classic rock station in BR for those not from here) before I got satellite radio by just overplaying the shite out of their songs.
That station also killed the Eagles, ZZ Top, Eric Clapton, the Allman Brothers, Lynyrd Skynyrd, and Fleetwood Mac for me. I still cringe when I hear "Hotel California" or "Lord I Was Born a Ramblin' Man".
Strangely I still love and listen to the Steve Miller Band...as hard as Eagle 98.1 tried to kill them, I never get tired of some "Jungle Love" or "Jet Airliner"

103.3 ruined Foreigner for me. I swear half the songs they played were foreigner, now it's all a bunch of 80s pop shite.

I should have included Foreigner in the above list. If these stations would go more than 2 deep into an album it would be much less tedious.

They were just another band out of Boston, on the seas tryin' to score blow and weed.
