That prostitution charge is going up

I’m pretty sure the paper mill prostitution thing and the deal with the mayor are two separate things. Paper mill was just some guard chick giving BJs to pay for her wedding of all things. Then one black employee hooking some country boys up with a shot of black pussy without them having to work for it. But if it helped shut the mill down it would be a net win. Bogalusa won’t be any more than what it is as long as a paper mill is in the middle of town.

This here. Not defending the Mayor, if all true its seriously horrible decision making and he will have to account. But if these changes had serious legs the feds would definitely be in it. Although this doesn't necessary mean they aren't looking at it.
