If you do go Blackstone pay close attention to the type of burner it comes with. Their omnivore griddle top and burner system found in the new Bronco model offer better heat distribution over older models.

Personally, I am replacing my BS with a Traeger, Weber, or Halo. All three of these seem to be better built products. Might want to look at other brands before you buy.

Yes, I think the 3 burner 28” might solve the heat dispersion issue. Maybe they realized the problem and corrected it.

Very limited in cooking meat that is greater than 3/8 inch thick. That means no chicken, ribs or thick steaks

I cook tomahawk ribeyes on mine and they come out great. A 1” steak is absolutely no problem. You get an amazing sear also.

Saw this while looking to upgrade my griddle. Comes with a folding table and a trash can cabinet

Holy overkill, but want it

If you have an existing grill, why not just get a griddle insert for it?

Not to go off topic, but I got a 65" Onn tv at Walmart and that POS died at 5 months old. Threw it out. The person in electronics dept said that they don't get good manufacturers to make it less quality for their stores.

I just about laughed in her face. Walked off loudly saying I'll never buy another one there.

It most likely pertains to most everything they sell.

That’ll show the part time employee making $8.75 an hour
