she is tiny. never grew. our vet was puzzled. she is going on 12 year now that we have had her. smallest cat ever. Im talking red tail squirrel. not those baby greys

both VCA and Banfield pet hospitals offer free first exams for new patients

Petco has low-cost vaccinations thru Vetco in their stores and there is also lowcostvaccination.com

and there are many low-cost spay/neuter programs:

Jefferson SPCA, LA SPCA, Spaymart, Southern Animal Foundation, etc.
