1-10W to beaumont 69/96 to Tx-105
105 to Cut and Shoot take right on
Willis Waukegan rd. to willis
4hrs 45 mins give or take
If you take La 171 to get to 12/190 you'll add another hour to your trip

not sure what sized smoker you are talkin but going eastbound thru LC on the i10 is brutal tight. ran thru 2 days ago with my 20' trailer and barely squeezed thru. Def take i210 on way back. leave TX late as you can and use waze you will be fine.

We drive pretty regularly from Spring / The Woodlands to BR and back. Take everyone’s suggestions with 105.
shite. I hate I10 so much nowadays that we completely avoid it by using 105 and 190. I know Waze and Google Maps say that’s a much longer drive, but think of it this way: one traffic jam, one construction traffic jam, one wreck and you are on I10 for 6+ hours. At least with this back roads route it’s steady and the traffic is light

I haul farm equipment in the spring and fall this route to the Cleveland area. 105 is pretty smooth. I-10 to beltway and then to 45 will burn through money quick on your EZ pass toll tag.

Install the Waze app on your phone...type in your destination and ride it out. If waze says it is the fastest route, you can believe it.
