Or the dreaded laying in bed, "OMG I never brought that man ranch earlier".
Sometimes when a server gets something wrong and I don't bother trying to correct it, I almost feel worse than if I corrected it because I just know they're going to lay in bed that night and remember.
Today we had Mexican, and we each added something to our meal (raw onions for me, jalapenos for my date) and neither came with it. We just shrugged it off, and I just KNOW that server is going to remember tonight.
