So I know where I’m not going and that’s the place on bluebonnet and Perkins with the toy soldier thing. Their trees died way too early last year. What places besides lowe’s That are good place to buy tree and what does like an 8 foot tree run for?

Would you settle for a mediocre place?

Just trying to places. I know about la nursery. I know Naylor’s joined klegg’s last year and that supposedly didn’t go well

Get them early. The guy at Jefferson Feed told me it’s a bad stock this year and he was not sure if they’ll get another load. Expect to pay more as well.

Where ever you buy it, make sure to get them to cut off an inch of the base. This will allow the tree to better absorb water from the tree stand. Keep it watered, you will be surprised how much water they need to stay fresh longer.

I heard this from a worker at LA Nursery too
I always get my tree there
Guy said the trees are not as thick and full as usual.

Did you not water your tree and cut base? I get one from there every year and have never had a problem
