Now it's for wants, not needs. I want a house next year as well as new tires rather than used(no disrespect to Southeast Tire! They saved me in 2011). It's a good feeling when you don't NEED to work 4 shifts a week to cover tuition/bills and the like.

Sorry just jumping in and I think you live in pville area. Do you send your kids to public schools in that area or private? If public how do you like it?
