I've used a bunch (saddle soap, mink oil, Sno-Seal, neatsfoot oi) and this is the absolute best:

A can is a few bucks on Amazon.
Will change the color of the leather, and smells for a few days, but it will save worn out leather. I've even used it on a worn out high dollar leather recliner to bring it back to life..
