Best Fishing Charters

Looking to charter an offshore trip (6 hour) in the Perdido Key, Orange Beach or Pensacola area. Any recommendations from the Fine folks of The OT?

I know the guy that owns the Seaspray, he also has its sister ship, his family has, for probably for at least forty years, been building artificial reefs in the gulf and guarding their coordinates, if bottom fishing is your thing, he will put you on some fish
