caught some oysters from oslofjord and they were amazing. maybe it was the experience of catching your own that adds to the flavor, but they were the best i've had.

Well, I’m sure he was only a little biased
Look, I love Louisiana oysters...but as with all foods, taste is subjective. The Connecticut Blue Points I had were a good medium size and really briney, which is what I like personally.

I prefer cold water oysters. They have a fresher, crisper, and more briny taste in my opinion.
