I’m interested to hear the details of this when it comes out. This happened at a Harmony Center facility. Harmony Center is owned by Collis Temple Jr. (the dad) and has group homes for people with developmental disabilities as well as some for people who are in the forensic system. I’m not sure which category this home falls into. 50 bullets in a drive by doesn’t seem random to me. It sounds like there was an intended target.
