We used to hit the bars on the Amite river. Anyone remember Nolan's? We walked into the bar one night with an ice chest full of beer and started ordering shots. I had just gotten my drivers license, got loaded and passed out. My friend drove us home in my car and totaled it for me.
We hit Freds out there a lot too. At 15 and 16 I walked in like I owned the place. It was fun and full of women who had been on the river all day and were loaded. They liked them some young meat.
