WWE will recognize four of the core members of the nWo in its earliest days: Hulk Hogan, Kevin Nash, Scott Hall and Sean Waltman. They will be honored on stage April 2 at Amalie Arena in Tampa, Florida, as part of the festivities surrounding WrestleMania 36. Tickets for the event go on sale Friday.
It will be the second Hall of Fame honors for each of the four men recognized as part of the nWo. Hogan was inducted as an individual in 2005, followed by Hall in 2014 and Nash in 2015. Waltman was honored as part of D-Generation X in 2019.

Bautista has officially cemented his place in WWE history.
The former WWE Superstar — who competed in the ring as Batista — will be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in April, PEOPLE can exclusively reveal.
Bautista, a six-time WWE World Champion, was a founding member of the faction Evolution, alongside storied performers Ric Flair, Triple H, and Randy Orton. He took the ring for the last time at April’s WrestleMania, competing against Triple H.
The ceremony for Bautista, 50, will be held at Amalie Arena in Tampa Bay, Florida, as part of WrestleMania week.
Opening up to PEOPLE about the honor, Bautista — who has transitioned to Hollywood and appeared in films like Stuber — says, “Vince [McMahon] called me personally to ask me, I was just … I wasn’t surprised, but I was pretty happy. It’s a good feeling, it’s a really great feeling.”

The NWO should have Scott Steiner in that mix. He freaking crushed his time in there. Maybe even Savage & Giant/Big Show.
But I’d rather see a more impressive “Pro Wrestling Hall of Fame” then just WWE, but they have the money.
The promotions would never agree to neutral hall of fame.
Speaking of other Promotions, The Real World’s Champion Nick Aldis cut a great promo today for his upcoming match against James Storm at “Into The Fire”. When the 10 pounds of gold is on the line, it’s always important in wrestling.

I think it's because The Rock still has his foot in the door for another match. Batista wrestled his final match at this past Wrestlemania. Kind of the same reason why The Undertaker isn't in yet.
Also, when they induct Undertaker, he should be the only one inducted that year. Dedicate the entire show to his hall of fame career.

I think The Rock will have a retirement match at Mania, probably against Roman, before he gets inducted

Its also based on who can come in that weekend and give a speech. Rock is probably too busy filming a movie.

Everyone always says this but how would they book it? No ones booing a heel rock and they’ve shown they aren’t turning Roman. Plus the rock will eviscerate Roman on the mic

There is. Check out the 365 Days documentary. JJ Dillion brings it up quite a bit. The only difference being that it's essentially for the Indies/old NWA territories. (Dillion may be the biggest name who is in both HOFs.)
