1 Doctor that I see offers 1 milliliter(I believe)B-12 shots for $8.

I have been getting them weekly.4 milliliters a month.

I've felt good.No side-effects that I am aware of.

Is this amount okay?

I’ve been wondering this too. I take the gummies where the bottle says take 2 a day which is 4000% of your daily dose. Is 2000% not enough?

The standard dose is 1 ml once weekly or once monthly.

It’s very unlikely to be harmful if your dose is “too high,” you’ll just excrete the excess and your urine will turn pink.

Oral B12 is barely absorbed. If you aren’t doing the injections, the sublingual tablets are the most effective dosage form.

Couldn't you just take a bunch of regular tablets?
