When I read about this account last week in the national media, every report mentioned that there were suspects that had picked blueberries at her place in the past - But, What was missing for the reports was a description of the assailants...
I believe if this event would have occurred with the roles reversed (black victim; white assailants), there would have been a freaking news frenzy, riots, DOJ investigation, new legalization passed, and imminent death sentences handed down ...I'm sick of the narrative and double standard.
