90s is no joke, I was doing 60s yesterday. Could have gone up a bit more, maybe 70s. Didn't want to push too hard since I had a softball game afterwards.

i'm up to about 70's on regular shoulder press dumbbells after barbell press but that arnold shite might finish tearing off my shoulder. My try it again on shoulder day. Might need to get the right puddle of mudd song going.

I don't know.. 315 or so right now. It's been a while since I 1RM on bench.

I just pulled up my Gym app. The last time I hit Arnold Presses, it went like this:

45x12 (Warm-up) 2 sets
60x8 (Warm-up)
75x3 (Warm-up)
85x7
85x6
85x6
