Some know it all reporter tried to drop knowledge on chemistry

The reporters were very prepared. The spokesman wasn't.

Something smells fishy.

Katrina taught Nola a tough lesson regarding hospitals/critical communications/govt buildings and elevation/placement of generators.

I wouldn't imagine a plant NE of Houston would have theirs elevated to say 10 feet(Hell most I've seen are on 1 ft slabs).

They had Plan A, Plan B, and Plan C. All failed.

In NOLA, after Katrina, a lot of plants, hospitals, etc moved their generators to 15-20 feet above ground. Same will have to happen in Houston.
