I know a former reporter who covered the Saints while Rickey was on the team.
According to him, Jackson was even scarier in the locker room than on the field.
Think toddler arm.
And negative to the OP’s question, that was not Rickey and not all African-American folks look alike.

He runs a petroleum hauling business. He's apparently doing very well.
