why don't you go out scouting roofs, then ask the homeowner who did the roof and are they happy?!
I got real lucky, 2 doors down a roofer parked his trailer next to the neighbors garage and I noticed, she had a very fine roof...got him to inspect mine, didn't charge a nickel...cpl weeks later I had him do the roof, complete tear off, no cuttin corners crap either...I didn't want future problems. It was a perfect job...somebody else owns it the place now, but the roof still looks fantastic and its 15yr. I had them put on a 40yr roof.
this guy had no store front, worked from home...stays busy
got him to inspect Moms place, as there were a cpl leaks had me concerned....he said it should last a few more years and didn't want to do a tear off.
he fixed where the water was getting in for 3-400
and a few years later had him do a tear off with the best shingles, limited lifetime were the new 40yr, and I was again, happy with the job.
a good roofer is hard to find and you wanna spread the word when you do find one
just keep your eyes open, you'll find him

Question? did you call 2252312883

Depends... I got bids anywhere from $225 to $250 a square from different roofing contractors... ended up buying material myself... Stopped and talked to a crew working in my area... Hired them direct... new architectural shingles labor and clean up cost me $160 a square

Ok, it was about 5pm yesterday and I talked to a nice young lady who took my name and number and said someone would call me. Probably when the rain is done at some point.

After a hail storm a few years ago I tore into one that I found propping a ladder up against my garage about to "inspect my roof" to see if I had any damage from Jasper Contractors. I wish I would have caught him after he was up there, moved the ladder, and then called the cops.
Hail Storm roofing is the biggest racket ever. It is no wonder LA has such high insurance rates.
