Anywhere to get/borrow/rent a rowboat?

This got zero traction on the ON, so I'll give the reliable OT a shot:
Preferably in North LA, but would drive if it was right. I have access to kayaks, but need a rowboat with oar for 2 days max. Shooting a short film. Could even do a canoe or pirogue if some oats could be rigged up. TIA
