no, you are absolutely correct. I'm just saying John is a good dude. Guess mainly because he stays out in the shop and is out of customer relations. His daughter is very young and has done nothing in her life but work for the family business. That's about all i can tell you.

I told a few of my buddy's about it and they also said she has run off several techs, including the one you are talking about that had been there for a long time. No tellin how many people either won't go there from WOM or won't go BACK there (like me) due to how they were treated. It's sad that this is the case if John is as good of a guy as you say he is.

that # i gave you is where you need to take your vehicle for repairs. Best there is in the area. Him and his techs have been there and together for over 20 years.
