Anyone know who's building the spec homes in The Island in Plaquemine

I've been looking at their home options and I want to modify this plan. I have no desire to purchase in The Island, as neighbors and myself wouldn't really work
I just want to talk to the builder and see who they are.
I don't hav3 time to stop by the golf course and shoot the shite.

I like the general layout, but would move the garage to the rear, square off the front with a full porch, and have a large U shaped rear house with a covered back porch.
That's why I want to speak with the builder, depending on who it is, I may be able to get the current plans for free and have them modified accordingly.
You do this for a living right? Design I mean.

Go see an architect. A good one will pay for him/herself many times over. That's the only person who represents you in the process.

Don’t do this. See what Level Homes can do to manipulate a plan you feel is close. My buddy just bought one in there. It’s cookie cutter but it’s still a decent house. His wife picked out finishes to personalize it. I would never go true custom in a community with a trac builder like Level Homes in the mix. They have built that house so many times they have costs down to the nail.
