He is moving pretty good I saw him the last weekend of duck season right about the Jefferson , Adams County line.

He was there virtually all hunting season. At that time, I don’t think he was actually moving his things, just waiting for a ride.

Anyone have an update on this guy? Haven't heard anything about him in a year. Was last in Missouri. So I guess maybe he's in Iowa now?
