Anyone have allergy trouble this time of year?

Like clockwork, I have sinus headaches, sneezing, etc. this month. I even have to suspend my allergy shot schedule until it clears up. What is blooming this time of year that causes this trouble?

August is a gross month, so hot like a cess pool of germs.

I get it mostly in the spring when the oaks are spewing their yellow pollen everywhere in my neighborhood. Oak trees line Banks St. and Carrollton and the yellow pollen gets everywhere for about 6 weeks every spring.
It's not uncommon to have to hose off the car in the mornings to get the pollen off the windows and car body. I have to hose my porches every other day or it gets tracked inside.

I get it spring and fall. Usually burning itching eyes. Not so much the sinuses or sneezing.
