Delta9 is good, but a CBD/cbn combo i find is better. Cbn is the best for sleep. A delta9 and cbn would be great too.

Just so y'all know Delta 9 is THC. You will fail a drug test for sure.

Also I think 4 to 6 hrs is enough sleep. Problem is people are meant to take naps during the day, which many aren't able to get in now. I'm not taking about kids or teens getting that little sleep but adults and seems that as you get older you get less sleep.

I see in your normal fashion, you resort to name-calling to mask your lack of intelligence and belittle others.

The biological act of falling asleep is involuntary. You can do things to INFLUENCE how well you sleep, but when someone like him is worried about sleep, it does no good. You can't lay in bed and "will" yourself to sleep. When i say there is nothing you can do, i mean in the very moment when its 3 am and he says he can't go back to sleep.

This is why i said people will post all the helpful tips for exercise, food, etc. but i was trying to give advice that likely wasn't already given, from my first hand experience and research. I had sleep issues and I was in great shape, spent time outside, didn't watch screens late, and on and on. Worrying, like he said he was doing, will increase your stress levels which will in turn make it more dififcult to fall asleep and stay asleep.
