Hey Jake, just placed my order. Thnx for the discount code. Why do some people say not to do the vape cartridges? Also someone told me the regulators might come down on the Delta 8. You hear anything like that?

We pay our legal team a shite ton of money to make sure we are always in compliance. What we will never do is illegal, immoral, or unethical.
What they have advised us is that currently Delta 8 is federally legal and the DEA issued a memo saying it was no longer legal. The DEA is an enforcement agency not a new law enactment agency. Also the way they wrote the memo it also considers anything extracted from hemp to be illegal if at any point in the extraction and manufacturing process the plant matter becomes hot. That would mean cbd tinctures, creams, oils, rubs, etc would also be illegal to sell. It would literally destroy what will be a $25 billion industry in about 3 years.

Gotcha. Thanks for doing what you do. Sounds like typical bureaucratic ambiguous BS. I’m a huge of fan of it now that I discovered it and I would believe a lot more people would move to that making it a very popular and profitable product. Cheers.

Just exercise the same caution as you would with delta 9 thc products, because d8 can and will seriously send you on a ride if you don't. You see folks all the time on subreddits doing ridiculous doses of d8 edibles thinking that they're not the same as d9. The potency of d8 compared to d9 may in fact be less, but you can still get major panic off of d8 if you don't respect it.

This Is true. I go out of my way to push the limits of my products and 5-7 gummies for me will send me to panic town. I recommend people who are frequent smokers eat 1-2 and infrequent users to try 1/2-1 to start with. For some the effects don’t begin to kick in for an hour and for some like me the effects are extremely fast. Within 10-15 minutes fast!

Our OG skywalker is our cannabis only terpene profile and it’s a huge seller for us. So big that a vendor bought every single one of my cartridges in stock this past Friday and I’m out of stock until later next week when my lab guys get back from vacation.
