There are definitely very good and very very bad houses he did. There are some old neighborhoods in Dallas that he/his company did the design on that are pretty nice and have aesthetically held up well over the decades. He certainly did not turn everything he touched into gold though.

Extraordinary fits in the true definition for the show. Some are incredible, some are just fricking weird, some are excessive and new money, but none of them are ordinary.
