That’s rough, man. I wasn’t that bad, thank God. Make sure you stay hydrated the best you can. If you can’t keep any fluids down, then you might want to consider a trip to the doctor so they can give you some IV fluids.

Worst stomach virus of my life after Christmas 2009 because the neighbor’s extended family brought their little shits who “had just gotten over a stomach virus but aren’t sick anymore” over. Don’t think I’ve had one since then but that one was one of those where you shoot out of both ends at the same time.

I had one episode of vomiting with a few days of diarrhea. I recovered quickly though
