I have ADHD and I take 40mg pretty regularly. It helps me focus a little bit, but since I've been taking it for a while, I can tell when its really hitting me and when its not. You'll lose a lot of weight, but the comedowns from the pill tend to be pretty brutal the higher dosage you take. Honestly, if I could I would not take it. It really altered my personality at times, but I do admit it helps you focus.
