My sister is still struggling 17 years later to keep my bro-n-law under control with spoiling their only child.

Her 1st, yes, FIRST, Christmas he tried to give the baby a brand new cell phone, universal (house wide) programmable remote control, and a whole bunch of other stuff more appropriate to a teen or pre-teen. He got acquainted with the after xmas return system real fast when she made him return all the stuff for playtime versions appropriate for babies.

My niece has got her Daddy completely wrapped around her finger. Bats her eyes or fake tears up and off he goes to get/do whatever it takes to not just "fix the issue" but over and above please her too.
