Smart boater! As it was about to blow up on the Tchefuncte, I was watching the idiots trying to get in before they got struck by lightning. It had been brewing for at least an hour and was apparent to me that it was time to seek safe harbor. I could be wrong, but I assume most folks who can afford a boat also have a smart phone with a weather app. I'm astounded by the disregard for threatening weather.
