That is the quote from the judge. Seriously, WTF???
So now basically, they can arrest you for b/c there is a chance that something bad could happen? Police state anyone?
How does freedom of speech fit in all of this? Or does freedom of speech not allow talking shite to someone? Seems like anyone that talks shite to someone else could be arrested, as what the judge said could apply to just about anything.

She messed up by making threats online shortly after the shooting in Florida, where threats were made online & ignored.
