That is reasonably priced. 5000 sq foot building. Stripped and waxed. TIA

DIY or if you don't want to do the labor yourself recruit an underprivileged minority off the street to do it for you for a few dollars. Just gotta supervise him to make sure its done right.

You should pay $0.25 a foot from Leroy.
$0.35 - $0.50 a foot from reputable company with insurance

Chris at Broussard paper is a reputable salesman in area for many years. Knows his shite and can recommend you some good companies to come take a look.
