Yep. The first year or two were fantastic and the group of co-workers in my particular department was wonderful. Literally could not ask for a better group of people to work with every day. I worked there during their transition to liberal SJW status and it wore on me fast. There's no sense of urgency there. For every problem there needs to be multiple meetings to discuss the problem but decisions are never made. In the real world, if there's a problem the boss fixes it. Not at LSU. There are problems upon problems with no solutions, only miserable employees who are forced to trudge through them as if everything is fine. It's a chapter of my life I'm ultimately happy to have happened since I learned a lot from that experience but it's definitely a closed chapter.
