Bro, it's been proven to make the weight more aerodynamic... At least that's what I tell myself when I make the cutouts all align

Proper form over heavier weight and most importantly keep your head down and remember why you are there....to get yoked not to fall over yourself looking at fine arse women...it will payoff later in that department:)

Always calibrate the plates and bars before loading for a lift.

Allow for a +/-0.025% average deviation.
