Trampoline

My Christmas nightmare. Bought one for my kids when they were young. Put it together at 1:00am in the rain and 35deg temps.

I’m not sure I have ever been that miserable and frustrated.

Here's to all the dad's putting together Christmas presents...trampolines and swing sets come to mind. Then there's the battery powered 4 wheeler and Barbie jeep. Let's not forget the race tracks and train sets. Last but not least the bicycles. I know, it's not your fault, they didn't include all the parts. I get it, good luck boys, this is not for rookies or the faint of heart. Have another drink, it will all be fine. Merry Christmas.

Got my kids a ride on, power wheels, a remote controlled monster truck, baby high chair for the little one. But the worst was the fricking Trypticon. Getting the parts together was easy, but there's over 150 tiny little fricking stickers!

After about 50 or so, I decided that robot dinosaur looked good enough.

Getting ready to start putting together a mini trampoline, and the previous replies in this thread have me a little worried. I thought the tricycle for his birthday was bad enough.

Last year was the trampoline, this year it's a basketball goal and a Barbie dreamhouse (I'm hoping this comes assembled though)

Trampoline last year wasn’t bad.
I put together a Barbie dream house a few years ago and I hated every second of it

The kitchen is the worst. We had a race with my sister and her husband and we won by thirty minutes. 2.5 hrs is the record in our family.

We are doing camping stuff for my four year olds. They have a big 4 person tent for outside and a rocket ship indoor one with rocket ship sleeping bags. Other than that, they have RC cars so nothing bad this year.

I put together a little girl kitchen set one night and it was the worst... Until my wife bought an air hockey/fooseball table. Santa fell asleep at like 4am next to that damn thing, pretty drunk with it about 90% assembled. It was definitely the worst.

We do Christmas at my mom's on Christmas Eve so I started on it about 11pm. It definitely took 4-5 hours. Put it in your garage or at a relative's house and work on it for a few days before Christmas.

My wife bought my little girl a frozen castle doll house this year. Had to call my brother in for reinforcements with the whiskey and another set of hands. Just now finishing up.

I had my eye on one from Costco. It was wood and brass I think. Will make a party out of that one.

Good on you brother. I did it for about the past 15 years but now my youngest is 13 so that time has kind of passed us by. Your little girl will appreciate that when she's older.
