Agreed. Your BAC and the amount of alcohol absorbed is not dependent on altitude. Altitude effects the amount of oxygen absorbed by your blood.

which is contrary to the probably two million medical studies that say otherwise, I couldn't give a shite, and won't get into a cut and paste battle but there are a lot more studies that support this medical fact than there are that refute it, and a lot done more recently than 1970
