The one in BR is a robotics facility. All of their robotics facilities got delayed because of the computer chip shortage. BR was supposed to be open for this holiday season, but got pushed back over a year ago to soft open this upcoming summer and be ready for 2023 holiday season.

The one in Jackson is also a robotics facility about the same size as Cortana and got delayed 6 months or so right at the end due to this issue. Just expect delays is all I'm saying
