I'm drinking my first cup of coffee. Luckily I was blessed with a good body and I've never had to work out. I already have sculpted abs. I'm 53 and still wear 34 waist jeans. I envy you people that have to work out to achieve what I was given naturally.

Alphas don't workout at 4:00am. They go when it's the most crowded and convienant and do what they want. I'll be there at 5:00pm, baw
