They showed the very first Jeopardy game show with Trebek as host from 84 and he was sporting some longer, darker, curlier locks and a porn star mustache, but physique wise, he looked pretty much the same as he does now, so no significant weight gain over the years.
Hell, the guy in my opinion is a medical miracle to have survived this long after being diagnosed with Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer. That is usually a fairly quick death sentence, and more so for a guy his age.
Hats off to the guy for kicking back at cancers arse for this long.
