Yep. I work with a girl who graduated from this high school. The quiz has been around the Internet for a while, but this teacher definitely handed it out.

Should be the new standard form for quizzes and tests in New Orleans public schools. They would definitely learn some basic math since it would apply to real life situations.

Yep, it happened.
It was a racially-charged dumb joke by a teacher on her way out. Bad judgment to say the least, but no need to get up in arms over it either.
