Isn’t that two weeks in a row? The other guy bled last week, if I recall.

the AEW Triple Crown Championship is basically a smaller version of the J-Crown Championship (made famous in the
States by Ultimo Dragon coming onto WCW TV with like 10 different title belts)

to be fair... he also held a couple titles at the same time that weren't part of the J-Crown

like the WCW World Cruiserweight Championship

that wasn't an official part of the J-Crown but Dragon did hold it while he was J-Crown Champion

you'll find this interesting, G... the WWF(E) Light Heavyweight Championship was recognized as part of the J-Crown

ETA: in fact... in that pic above of Dragon... the WWF Light Heavyweight Championship belt is on the same arm as the WCW World Cruiserweight Championship

Seems like this title was on Sunday Night Heat a lot back in the day.

at the time it was a part of the J-Crown... it hadn't been used yet on WWF TV

it was created during the days when WWF had a partnership with international companies

it started in the Universal Wrestling Association based in Mexico but I believe the 1st champion was actually crowned in Japan

while it was part of the J-Crown... it was under the control of Michinoku Pro Wrestling

WWF demanded it back from Michinoku Pro in 1997 when it was finally used on WWF TV where WWF officially recognized the beginning of its lineage
