That makes sense. May last longer than Taker's Mania streak.

this shite is terrible
AEW had some steam from when they started in 2019 up until about 2022-23, but it's been downhill ever since.
way too many non-believable, 5'6 amateur-level "wanna-be tough guys" running the place, way too many foreign wrestlers that nobody outside of the very small, niche audience knows or cares about, etc. ... their female division is pretty solid though.
Cody left, Punk left, Britt Baker has been sitting out her contract for years at this point, Jade left, Starks left, etc. .... this company is all about pleasing the small minority of "smart mark" fans who thinks the matches are "real" instead of providing creative story lines and entertainment.
TNA these days is a far superior secondary option.

Mercedes is putting up one of her dozen titles on the line.
Two redheads about to fight each other. I figured they would try to show more unity than this.

This Isla Dawn broad was once in WWE, right? I recall that booty.

She was. I think it was mostly NXT but she was on the main roster for a minute, iirc.

Mariah May left AEW for that
It's going around that she had the wind knocked out of her right before the pin and couldn't kick out or say anything. Watching the replay of it it's definitely possible that that happened.
