You just summed up my friend, to a T! Won't eat any kind of seafood. No fish or shellfish at all. Orders her steak medium-well, but really means well-done. She will eat Mexican food, really shitty Mexican food, 7 days/week.

On a side note, my SIL has thing about meat being cooked well-done. She thought a boston butt wasn't done, because she saw the pink, smoke ring.
