This kid wasn’t even alive in 2001, grew up in Arizona/California/Florida, had only been in northern Idaho for around 12 months, half living with a middle aged roommate and half living out of his truck. Oh, and he was a long haired tranny/emo/furry type who apparently snapped when the firefighters told him to move his truck when they showed up to the fire so he shot them.
