AC Question

I'm out of town and my wife called and said the outside unit is humming but the fan isn't running. I'm no AC guy, but it could only be the capacitor or the fan motor right? any idea what a service call for this would cost?
ETA: Compressor is running, air is blowing semi cool in the house.

I'm confused. Is there an issue with the inside temp or did she just notice the fan wasn't spinning on the outside unit?

I'm thinking the capacitor is your problem.

Hopefully it's not the fan motor. Usually the capacitor though
No clue how much that'll cost for someone to go out there. Good luck
