Yeah, me and the fatty w/ the stache are old playground buddies.

There's two of them with guns standing around arguing with a dude about a frickin' mattress. Walk away and call the cops. That's a much easier way to protect yourself than arguing with a crazy guy until he attacks you.

but not required y law. You idiots put your feelings ahead of what people have the right to do. Would normal people sit there and argue with this dude? Most likely not.

But put yourself in the situation where someone crazy keeps pushing you and pushing you and pushing you. Cops have come in the past and done nothing. And he is back in a drug fueled rage wanting confrontation. and starts threatening you and your family. Well cops have seen this act before and take their merry time getting to you and this crazy starts to attack.....What do you do. Do you stay the passive one while he kills you?

ETA: not saying this is the situation here but as many people have found out in this thread, this isnt just a one time confrontation. Everyone has a breaking point on when to protect life and family by all things necessary. Maybe this was that point with shirtless fatties.
