Unfortunately that poor kid will probably never have a "normal" life. This will have some type of mental impact on her. Anyone who puts a child's welfare at risk or put the child in harm's way in general, should die.

Well if this child get adopted by a very loving couple that doesn't bring this up then the baby can have a normal life.

Children typically develop their first memories b/t 3-4.

It can still have an impact on the child. I am just saying, its bad enough to have a child in that environment, but it takes a monster to actually inject the child with meth (anything else of that nature) and they should be punished severely

Yeah there a good chance this baby may have some developmental delay issues but babies are really resilient and since their brains are still maturing they can progress and thrive pretty well
