NORTH LITTLE ROCK (KATV) — The North Little Rock Police Department has arrested an 87-year-old man accused of attacking at least three people with a crow bar Friday afternoon.

Officers were called at 2 p.m. about a disturbance at the Sarah Daisy Apartments, located in the 2600 block of John Ashley.

Responding officers were told a man, later identified as Charles James Warren, had hit several people with a crow bar and broke out a number of car windows.

Officers found three victims. One victim was taken to UAMS for treatment of severe head trauma.
